We provide FREE delivery with every purchase. Paramount Nursery has it’s own delivery vehicles to ensure you the best possible delivery service! New for 2020, select your delivery date at checkout!
You do not need to be home to accept delivery. We leave it near the front door or you can email us on where to set it as long as its reasonable.
We only ship to the front entrance of an address. We only deliver plants and materials during the growing season which typically is May through October.
We cannot guarantee a time during the day but if you are not home it will be placed in a safe place near the front door. Or if you like please email us with placement details if you are not home. Please note that our drivers are very busy and if special placement is required this needs to be an easy and fast place to get to. Our drivers are very busy so we take photos of the product then ring the doorbell and move on. If there are any issues with missing plants or you are not happy with your order please contact the office asap. Paramount Nursery does not take responsibility for stolen plants, if they are not there by 9pm on the specified delivery date please contact us immediately to find out if they were shipped.
Upon arrival make sure plants are watered well and if there are any issues with the plants let us know ASAP as we have our 7 day satisfaction guarantee. Please keep them watered and in good health until we pick them up as if they are not in original condition we cannot refund or exchange them. Please take a photo of any shipping damage or other concerns the day of shipment and email them to us.
